- Carry out the viewings
- Prepare all the legal documentation such as tenancy agreements and legal notices if required
- Provide all necessary & relevant documentation to the tenants and arrange for a standing order to be set up for the monthly rental payments
- Produce a full inventory on the property whether the property is furnished or unfurnished
- The tenants will have all our contact details and contact us whenever there is an issue – we have all types of contractors who are good quality and reasonably priced. The tenants can also download our app to report issues that will be approved by ourselves before sending them to contractors.
- You’ll receive a monthly statement with the ins and outs and keeping you informed about the property
- We’ll carry out periodic inspections on the property to ensure everything is in order
- If a tenant moves out, we’ll liaise with them regarding the collection of keys, viewings and change over the utility accounts for gas, electric, water & council tax
- If any works are needed at this point, we'll advise and arrange anything you need to do
- In short, you’ll have nothing to worry about and we’ll take care of everything!
- Silver: 10% plus half months rent setup + VAT

- Provide all necessary & relevant documentation to the tenants and arrange for a standing order to be set up for the monthly rental payments
- Produce an inventory on the property whether the property is furnished or unfurnished (option to upgrade to extensive inventory)
- The tenants would pay the rent to ourselves and you would receive a monthly statement
- The tenants would have your details for any maintenance however you would have access to ourselves and our contractors to carry out any works, provide any advice and keep up to date on the latest legislation.
